A step counter. A macro tracker. A plan that moves the weight up. A man who looks at the week and says what changes. Each is sold on its own.
Pro is the coaching you would pay a trainer for between sessions: the program, the next weight, the calories, the change when the week goes wrong. Achilles is software, and says so. He does not stand beside you at the rack.

Questions men ask first.
How much is Pro?
$19.99 a month or $179.99 a year, as an Apple subscription. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows yours in your own currency before you pay.
What is Connect, and do I need it?
Connect puts Achilles and his tools inside your own ChatGPT or Claude. It is $4.99 a month on its own and included in Pro.
Does the free tier expire?
No. The training engine is free for as long as you use it. Logging, the mic and every tab keep working whether or not you ever pay. Only the coach conversation is metered.
How do I cancel?
Pro is an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone settings under your Apple account, the same as any other App Store subscription.
