An AI trainer for men
Lose fat.Keep muscle.A man you respect.
GreekBody sets the weights and the calories. Say what you ate; the steps count themselves. Every set, every meal and every step goes on file from day one.

Your log is not a notes app.
Tap the set. Reps, weight, log set. Nothing to type. The reps from last session decide the weight for this one.
The site remembers your unit. So does the app.
Twelve, twelve, twelve.
The weight moves.
Three sets at the top of the range move the working weight. 12/12/10 holds it. The number moves when it is earned.
Today changes. The program stays.
Tuesday is still in your legs. Today gets fewer hard sets, a lighter top set, or a different movement. The override ends with this session. Next week runs the program you were on.
Steps count. The walk home comes in from Apple Health, and today’s total sits in the Steps widget on your Home Screen.
The weight is decided before you touch the bar.
You arrive knowing what to lift. Day A, Day B: the movements, the rep ranges, the working weights. Nothing to decide at the rack.
When a movement feels wrong, GreekBody substitutes one that trains the same muscles and updates the plan.

610 kcal left. 39 g protein left.
Hold the mic and say it. "Three eggs, 55 g bread, 10 g butter." Logged, in your own words. The deficit leaves enough food to train hard.
Ask Achilles, the coach, how much steak fits tonight. The answer comes back in grams, from what is left. Ask what to cook and it works from your pantry, the foods you saved.
With Pro, a photo of the plate comes back itemised: a calorie range for each thing on it, and the assumptions named. Portion size, cooking oil. Nothing is logged until you confirm it.

Day one is still on file.
Roadmap
Weight and waist, trended from your first entry. The tape comes off. The measurement stays. Body fat is a range, because that is what a tape and a photo support.
Front and side, on an alignment guide. This month lines up with last month.

“Nice. Staying at 50 lb until you hit 12/12/12.”
Achilles is software. It answers from your numbers and writes the change into the plan. Credit when it is earned. A decision either way.

Questions men ask first.
Is this only for men?
Yes. Whether you lift yet or not.
Do I need a gym?
Barbells and dumbbells are the assumption. GreekBody substitutes movements around your equipment. It is not a bodyweight-only program.
Is there an Android version?
No. GreekBody is iPhone only. There is no web app either.
Does it replace a coach?
It replaces the bookkeeping and the daily decisions: what to do today, what weight, what to eat. It is software, and it says so.
