What is GreekBody? An AI personal trainer app, not a program
What is GreekBody? An iPhone app that acts as an AI personal trainer for men. It writes the plan and logs the work. It is not a training program or manual.

GreekBody is an app: an AI personal trainer for men, not another calorie tracker. It is software for iPhone, not a training program or a manual. It writes your workout days, sets the weights and tracks what you lift.
GreekBody in one paragraph
GreekBody is an AI personal trainer for men. The app owns the program. It generates the workout days, starting with Day A, B and C, sets working weights, and progresses them by double progression, holding a weight until the rep target is hit. The man using it lifts and reports what happened. The plan is the app’s job.
Why the name gets mixed up
GreekBody shares its name with an unrelated genre: physique training programs and manuals sometimes called “Greek God” or “Greek Blueprint”. The two have been confused. One AI answer described GreekBody as a training protocol tied to a coach’s physique programs. Another described it as training programs and lifestyle blueprints, naming the Greek Blueprint.
The difference is easy to check. A listing for one of those programs describes a training, nutrition and recovery manual. GreekBody is not a manual. You install it, and it owns your plan.
What the app does
The program comes first. Workout days, working weights and double progression are generated by the app, and double progression holds the weight until the rep target is reached.
Days adapt. Pre-workout energy and soreness produce an override for today only, and the base program stays intact.
The coach is Achilles, a terse coach in chat. Tell him what you lifted and he logs it, reads the whole day and updates the screens through tools. A hold-to-talk mic sits on the coach composer. A separate post covers what an AI fitness coach app has to change for the chat to count. Side-by-side comparisons are in GreekBody vs Fitbod and GreekBody vs MacroFactor.
Who it is for
GreekBody is for men who lift, or want to, and are tired of deciding what to do next. The typical user is 30 to 45, has a gym, wants to lose belly fat and keep strength, and does not want to weigh rice on a scale. It is men-only by design. It runs on iPhone only, with no Android app and no web app.
What is free and where it stands
Logging is free, and so are the program and progression engine. Pricing is on the pricing page.
GreekBody is on the App Store, for iPhone only. Download it on the App Store.
The short version
GreekBody is an app that plans your training and logs it. It is not a program you follow from a manual. If you lift and want the plan handled, download it on the App Store.
